1. Submit the form with your garment type, size or measurements and reference photo.

2. Waseema reviews it and, if she takes the project on, sends you an accurate quote.

3. On approval, a 50% deposit secures your slot. For one on one consultations, personal measurements are done. For online consults, measurements provided by you will be used.

4. Your fabric is either sourced or provided by you. Please note your quote will include costs of acquiring fabrics, should you require Waseema to get them for you. Please let us know your preference.

5. Your pattern is created.

6. Only if necessary, a block or sample is created based on the pattern for more complex designs. You will then need to come for your first fitting. Your pattern will then be adjusted to your liking. Note: A block or sample pattern fitting is only necessary for more tailored / complex garments like bridal etc. If not we go straight to your actual fabric cutting and sewing.

7. Your fabric is then cut, constructed and sewn to create your final garment.

8. You are updated throughout the process and will receive pictures of the final sewn garment and work in progress if necessary.

9. Make your final payment and have your item delivered to your door or arrange for pick up.

Fabric, detailing, lining and construction change the price considerably. A photo lets us price your piece honestly rather than quoting a range that shifts later.

Most custom pieces take 2–5 weeks from approved quote, depending on the project and current studio load. Occasion and bridal work should be booked as early as possible.

We use your reference as inspiration and interpret it in our own construction — we do not reproduce another designer's work identically. If a request is not something we can take on, we will tell you honestly.
