Shipping

We ship across South Africa and worldwide, dispatched from Johannesburg. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. South African delivery typically takes 2–5 business days; international 7–14 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and you will receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your pieces. Unworn items in original condition with tags may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Archive pieces, sale items and custom commissions are final sale.

To start a return, message us with your order number and we will guide you through the process. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Custom orders

Custom design commissions are made to your measurements and cannot be returned or exchanged. Your quote is confirmed in writing before any work begins, and a 50% deposit secures your slot.
