Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We ship across South Africa and internationally, dispatched from Joburg. Delivery options, rates and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout before you pay.
What is your returns and exchange policy?
Unworn items with original tags can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Archive pieces, sale items and custom commissions are final sale. Message us on WhatsApp to start a return.
How do I find my size?
Each product page lists detailed measurements. If you are between sizes or unsure, message us on WhatsApp and we will help you choose.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Secure card payments are handled at checkout. Additional local payment options are being added.
How do I book a service?
See our Services page for custom design, content creation, the Hijab Styling Academy and on-set production, along with current rates. The quickest way to book is a WhatsApp message.
How do custom pieces work?
Send a reference photo and your size or measurements through the Custom Design page. Waseema reviews every request personally and replies with an accurate quote before any work begins. Pieces start from R750.
How do digital downloads work?
After checkout you will receive an instant download link by email, and a link on the confirmation screen. Files are high-resolution PDFs and are yours to keep.
